Want to market your farm's beef cattle? We sell Cordray Farms beef through our on-farm store and as Shares and Sides. Have you considered selling in your local farmer's market, social media or just to your friends and neighbors who might be looking for farm raised beef?
We can custom process your beef cattle in our state inspected facility with the same attention to detail and professionalism that we have with ours. Carcasses are dry aged, cut to your instruction, vacuum packaged, frozen and labeled for retail sale. We slaughter one day per week on Thursdays and are scheduling right now through July.
