We're taking reservations now for the 2024 harvest. Call in your credit card and contact information to leave your $200 deposit. We'll call you for the cutting directions once your animal is harvested.  Add your name to the email list if you want to stay informed on our beef availability.

We raise our  cattle without added chemicals, hormones, or animal byproduct laced feeds. Each carcass is dry aged at least 14 days.  Then your beef is cut according to your custom cutting order, vacuum sealed and frozen to assure it's perfect for your table.


Sides: $6.75 per lb. hanging carcass weight

Estimated Side weights:  Carcass wts. 375 - 425 lbs. Estimated yield 225-250 lbs
