Alligator Meat Processing
SKIN or CAPE: $29 per foot Our most popular order is THE MIX! You get all the tenderized fillet, those delicious frying pieces, that we can get from your gator. Then we take the rest and split it evenly among all the other choices. That way you and your crew get an assortment of alligator goodies to share. Tenderized fillets $7 per lb. Alligator bulk sausage $5 lb. Alligator link sausage $6 lb. Alligator patties $6 lb. Alligator jerky $8.50 lb. green wt. We trim all fat to ensure tasty gator morsels! Frying bites are tenderized. Cordray Brothers sausage is in 1.3 lb. packages or made into tasty links and patties. Each package custom labeled with your name and tag number. Everything is vacuum packed and frozen.

All alligators MUST have proper paperwork and tags attached. All alligator caping & skinning fees are due when you leave the animal. To process your meat, we must skin your alligator and process all the meat. Special Sunday Morning hours (Public Season ONLY) Sept. 15, 22, 29 and Oct. 6 only SUNDAYS - 9 am to Noon Alligators can also be checked during regular operating hours: Open Monday - Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday evenings 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. (If you need us to wait for you after 10 p.m., please call 843.766.7922.) 
What happens if I get an alligator during the night?
Put your alligator on a tarp. Top him off with several bags of ice and then roll him up like a nice fat burrito! He'll be fine until in the morning. Go catch a nap and bring him in when we open at 9 am! Links
