Cordray's Venison Products Download and print our 2010 menu of products and prices here. You may check in your deer as pieces, already skinned, or have us skin and clean it for $25. The $0.70 per pound processing fee charged on all meat checked in includes inspecting, trimming and cleaning the meat, as well as all fresh cuts- roasts, steaks and grinding venison without added trim.
Choose from all our delicious venison products - most are fully cooked! There are three main categories of products outlined below. Feel free to mix and match. Remember - We are a Custom processor and you're the Customer!

Roasts: There are no extra charges for roasts of any kind. Steaks: Sliced steaks are included at no extra charge. Cubed Steaks: A Cordray's specialty, we trim all the fat and gristle and tenderize these steaks to give you a tender, delicious cubed steak. Sometimes called "country-fried steaks" or "chopped steaks" $.75 per pound |
Packaged in bulk or patties with your desired trim added. We also have bacon pattties and jalapeno patties for an extra treat.
Processed in a variety of flavors and packaged bulk,link, or a small "pinky" sized breakfast link.

We have a huge assortment of ready to eat smoked venison products. They go home with you fully-cooked, ready to eat, and vacuum-sealed for freshness!
