Ground Meat

At Cordray's we custom-make your hamburger and sausage.  Tell us how much beef or pork trim you want added and how to package your meat.  Bulk burger or sausage comes in 1.5 to 2 pound plastic tubes.  Patties are frozen with paper between them. Linked sausages come in packs of 8.  Make use of every ounce of your deer with delicious ground meat products.

Burger:    Low fat burger adds 15% beef trim. Unless you have serious health problems, we recommend adding at least some fat since venison is very dry meat. 

Burger Patties -  Be ready for quick-cook suppers with venison burger patties.  We package 6 third of a pound burgers with paper between them. A quick smack on the cabinet breaks them apart and they cook in minutes. $.75 per pound

Jalapeno Patties  - Same great patties mixed with real jalapenos grown right here in the Low Country! $1.25 lb.

Bacon Patties - For a moist tasty patty mix it with real bacon! $1.25 lb

Sausage:  At Cordray's, we offer a  variety of sausages in both bulk, regular link, or breakfast links, also called "pinky links". 

Varieties: Hot, mild, medium, maple, Italian, maple, bratwurst, or Cordray Brothers

Bulk sausage - $.75 per pound

Linked sausage - $2.00 per pound

Pinky links - $2.75 per pound

Meatloaf:  Finely ground, perfectly seasoned, and ready to bake in two pound meat loaves!  $4 per loaf

Salisbury Steak: Seasoned just right for steak and gravy! 4 steaks in a pack, $4 per pack
